Came in great condition

This lovely desk arrived quickly but had some damage to the top corner. Chauncey the customer service rep responded quickly by email and phone. After I provided photos, he got approval to replace the desk which arrived one week later! No hassle, just outstanding customer care. Way to go Ethereal!!

I got 4 beautiful plants for my cat to graze on for $40. They were packed with care and got to me in amazing unharmed condition. They do have to be transferred to bigger pots. Shipping was super fast. Ethereal proved to be a company I can trust and I will be ordering from them again.

I had just moved and wanted to accentuate my new house with some lively green color! Struggling to find a Spider Plant anywhere locally, I decided to look online, though I was sceptical of ordering live plants to be delivered... To my surprise they not only arrived in perfect shape but looked very healthy, and was easy to transplant! I’m so in love with my new Variegated Maranta! This beauty arrived in absolutely perfect condition, without even a single leaf out of place! I received the 4 inch and was surprised at the size! Summertime in Texas is hot & difficult to ship plants but my package came in great shape! After a little water down, my plant perked back up and is now thriving at home! Would definitely purchase from this company again! Very communicative during the plants transition!
