Returns and Refunds (For Large Products)

The return time frame is 14 days. No return will be accepted if 14 days have passed since the delivery confirmation provided by the shipping company via tracking number.

The customer is obliged to return any received item(s) within 14 days after notifying Ethereal Company first. 

The product will be returned to an address provided by us.

If the product is damaged, not as described, wrong quantity or wrong product were delivered, the customer needs to report this to Ethereal Company within 48 hours from delivery date.

In some cases we will provide you a shipping label to return the product to our warehouse and in some cases we will provide you a Return Address and a RMA number and you need to ship the orders based on the provided information. Very important, always use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and only if the product can not be replaced.

It is common to experience minor loss of leaves in transit but typically if most of the leaves are undamaged we do not offer refunds as the plant will be fine.

Ideally, the customer can wait a few days as we can assure you the plant will do fine and the general aesthetic is not affected. Older leaves falling off and new leaves growing is part of the natural cycle of a plant.

We have a 30-day return policy for Plants, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original pot, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issue

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
